Jeremy Meeks's life has seemingly changed for the better since he was released from prison, but he clearly hasn't passed on the benefits he's received to his family. His estranged wife is now calling him an absentee father and is demanding child support.

According to TMZ, Melissa Meeks recently filed court documents demanding both child and spousal support, in addition to seeking sole legal and physical custody of their 7-year-old son, whom she said the now famous ex-con sees "maybe two days a month."

In the documents, Melissa claims her ex "basically lives as a playboy with a rich girlfriend," referring to his TopShop heiress lady Chloe Green. She claims he drives his wealthy girlfriend's $150,000 car and wears a ton of jewelry now that he's made it big.

While she did state that she wants support, she failed to list a specific amount, claiming, "I am not yet sure of his income, but I am sure it is more than mine."

Speaking on his character, Melissa added that "success went to his head and he left us."

Jeremy Meeks filed court documents to legally separate from Melissa after eight years of marriage. He officially filed for divorce in October.
