The Birdman and Lil Wayne beef has been going on for so long now that many people have pushed the drama to the back of their minds. But Rick Ross, on the other hand, isn’t quite ready to let it go. Rozay recently dropped a video on Snapchat to ask the big question: Has Birdman paid Lil Wayne the money he owes him?

“I’m riding with a couple homies. We finna go get a bite to eat. And it just ran across my mind. I said damn, I wonder if Birdman paid that man yet,” Ross pondered. “Pay dat man.” Ross also pointed out some of Lil Wayne’s accomplishments as proof of why he deserves to get paid. “That n***a made a million his first week. Got damn. What a n***a got to do to get his money,” he continued.  “What the man got to do for you to pay him? Sell two million in the first week… Go get a loan and pay that man.” 

While he asserts that Birdman is at fault for the ongoing legal battle, which involves the rights to Wayne’s highly anticipated Carter V album, he suggested that the two should be teaming up to turn their frustrations toward a different party. “You know what I really don’t like most about the shit is the fact that ya’ll two fighting each other, instead of ya’ll two fighting the white people,” he added.

In another Snapchat video, Ross went into detail about the time that he and Birdman negotiated a $15 million deal. But he insisted Birdman knew not to “steal” from him because he would’ve gotten the “death sentence.” Although the latter end of his Snapchat rant has been erased, he finished by throwing one last jab at Birdman. “Take all your plastic out your mouth, erase all the tattoos on your face. What you can’t do is give them young soldiers back that time they gave you. That’s it.”
