The controversial documentary about Amy Winehouse is pushing her music back up the charts. Per the Hollywood Reporter, Winehouse’s nearly 10-year-old Back to Black release landed at No. 22 on the U.K. Top 40 following the film’s limited U.K. debut this week. 

Winehouse’s second album, released in 2006, sold 20 million copies worldwide and is credited with turning the deceased talent into a star stateside and overseas. The record-breaking LP won her five Grammys adding Winehouse on a list including Beyoncé, Adele and Lauryn Hill for the most awards taken home by a female artist in one night.

In the U.K., Back to Black, which was produced by Mark Ronson and Salaam Remi, was named the second best-selling album of the 21st century.

Like her music, the film is being well received. Amy broke box-office records across the pond, and also opened in half a dozen theaters in New York and Los Angeles. Wider releases are expected in the U.S. and U.K. this weekend.
