Meghan Markle Reveals What Lavish Gift Won't Be Under The Christmas Tree For Son Archie
While Christmas Day is less than a week away, Meghan Markle has already crossed off a hot ticket item from her son Archie’s wish list.
The mom of two recently shared that the four-year-old –whom she shares with husband Prince Harry– is smitten with photography after spending time with close family friend and director Misan Harriman, who has captured images of Jodie Turner-Smith, Spike Lee, and Damson Idris. While moderating a discussion after a screening of Netflix's "The After", Markle opened up on Archie's new hobby and the golden ticket item he wants to see under the tree this year, as reported by E! News.
"His inspiration runs deep," said Markle of Archie's new hobby. "Misan was showing him how to do photography the last time he was with us."
She decided to invest in her son's interest to fuel his budding photography acumen. Still, Archie wasn't impressed.
"I bought Archie a camera, and he said, 'But it's not a Leica like Misan,'" she recalled.
That's when Mom put her foot down.
Leica camera models cater to all skill levels, including novices. Camera models range from $1,595 for the V-Lux 5; other models can skyrocket to $13,995.
So, we understand why Mommy Markle said "No." However, the entire family, including daughter Princess Lilibet, 2, can look forward to continuing their family tradition of trimming their tree together.
