Kanye West Called Hot 97 To Repeat These Three Words To Ebro
Not even a whole 24 hours after Hot 97’s Ebro Darden revealed a heated conversation with Kanye West, where the Chicago emcee reveled in his love for Donald Trump, Yeezy decided to ease up the hostility with a phone call to the station.
Oddly enough, he didn’t engage in conversation, though—only about three words that’s puzzling everyone.
Yeezy called in to the radio station with Ebro leading the conversation. The phone broke up a bit in the beginning, but his affection made it through clearly.
“I love you,” he said to Ebro.
Ebro returned the love and tried to move on from the conversation, but ‘Ye continued repeating it with no context. Perhaps, Yeezy wanted a more private conversation with the Hot 97 radio host, Ebro suggested. But Kanye didn’t budge, continuing pouring “I love yous” out to him. He even sung a melody with, “I just called to say, ‘I love you.’”
Eventually, Ebro’s able to segue the conversation, and Kanye lets him know that they should meet in person to chat first, then have a real radio conversation. The call ends shortly after, but we’re sure that Ebro’s feeling the love by now.
