Brooklyn rap heavyweight Busta Rhymes is best known in the hip-hop circle for his merciless lyricism and lethally sonic hits that burst through your speakers.

But he’s also known quite well for his temper. It seems like someone must have forgotten that after breaking into a verbal-turned-physical altercation with Busta during the REVOLT Music Conference in Miami. 

Captured in a video released by TMZ, a situation became hostile between Busta and the unnamed individual as they stood just inches away from each other’s faces.

TMZ reports that the situation happened out of a disagreement (details on which are not clear), as tensions can visibly be seen rising between the two. As soon as the man raises his arm, seemingly in an attempt to back Busta away from him, the “Break Ya Neck” emcee forcefully shoves the man, asking, “What’s up, n***a?”

A few people end up rushing over to barricade them from each other. But, from the looks of Busta’s lividness, he was still ready to go at the man before the clip closes out.

Thankfully, however, enough people were there to make sure things didn’t fly too far off the handle.
