Rev. Al Sharpton Reveals He Only Eats One Meal A Day!
Rev. Al Sharpton only eats one meal a day, according to Page Six.
After seeing the 67-year-old celebrating with his daughter at Sylvia's in Harlem on August 16, the media outlet reported on the reverend's strict diet of "kale salad with boiled eggs, tomatoes, and cucumbers."
“I eat around noon every day, and that’s it,” Rev. Sharpton shared about his routine that started “four years ago.”
He explained, “I have the salad and at night, I may have one slice of whole wheat toast because my doctor said I have to have some kind of protein.”
Rev. Sharpton has been very candid about how changing his diet played a role in his successful weight loss.
“At my height — maybe 15 years ago — I weighed 305 pounds. Today, I’m 132 pounds.” he shared. “I just made up my mind, and I just did it. Cold turkey.”
