West Coast rapper 40 Glocc is suing Game for assault and battery and damaging his reputation, and the terms of the suit have been revealed.

TMZ reported yesterday that Glocc is asking for $4.54 million from his SoCal rival over a videotaped assault that took place back in July 2012 and went viral. In the suit, Big Bad 40 is suing for: $500,000 for pain and suffering, $500,000 for emotional distress, $2 million in punitive damages, $25,000 in medical expenses and $750,000 for lost earnings.

The video — which was taken by Game himself — shows the Compton MC punching Glocc, whose real name is Tory Gassway, while his crew watches. Glocc claims the video was edited to not show, among other things, Game's whole crew with guns drawn on Glocc, who was solo at the time of the incident.

Glocc initially said he would not press charges but later went through with the lawsuit, claiming that Game had damaged his street cred, which, in hip hop, has a direct correlation to earnings.

Game, whose real name is Jayceon Taylor, may have made matters worse for himself by taking to Twitter to respond to the lawsuit, saying, "@40glocc I'm gone beat yo a-- again & again you p---y !!!, and later adding, "Called police & a lawyer cuz I beat yo a--. SuperCrip got his cape snatched !!!."

The feud between the two goes beyond hip hop. Glocc, who is signed to Game friend-turned-rival 50 Cent's G-Unit record label, is a member of the Colton City Crips, while Game affiliates with Compton Pirus.

The two have taken shots at each other in the media, with Game saying that a lawsuit like this will diminish the younger rapper's credibility and Glocc saying that he knocked out Game's manager.
