Kylie Jenner recently celebrated her 19th birthday with an all-out bash in Turks and Caicos. And while most young people tend to transform and blossom throughout their teenage years, few have seen as dramatic a shift in appearance as the youngest KarJenner.
A throwback pic posted to a Kylie fan site shows just how far she's come with her transformation. 

The side-by-side pic show's Kylie from a few years ago alongside a recent pic of Kylie on her b-day vacation — in both instances, she's wearing a black and white polka dot bikini — and the changes are jaw-dropping:

Sooo... puberty or plastic surgery? The debate continues. But one thing is clear, even Kylie would barely recognize herself in that throwback pic.
