The suit says Brown beat Diaw in the head with “crushing blows” and knocked him unconscious. Subsequently, the 34-year-old allegedly “continued to ruthlessly stomp” on him for “30 seconds.” As a result, Diaw "ended up in the hospital with lacerations on his head and torn ligaments in his leg," according to the lawsuit, adding it left him with "permanent" damage and "severe emotional distress."
Diaw is suing Brown for damages and is demanding a trial by jury. Diaw claims the nightclub has surveillance footage of what happened.
