    Released in 2018, "God's Plan" not only topped the charts but also made headlines for its philanthropic message. The music video, directed by Karena Evans, features Drake giving away nearly $1 million to strangers in Miami. The video's production costs were $996,631.90, making it one of Drake's most expensive productions to date. However, its impact on viewers worldwide was massive, showcasing Drake's generosity and cementing his status as a cultural icon.

  • “Hotline Bling”

    Drake's "Hotline Bling" stormed the internet upon its debut in 2015, captivating audiences with its infectious energy. Helmed by Director X, the video's sleek set and vivid hues provided a fitting backdrop for the song's catchy rhythm.

    While the precise budget for "Hotline Bling" remains undisclosed, Apple Music covered the costs for the James Turrell-inspired dance segment. Additionally, choreographer Tanisha Scott revisited her collaboration with X, adding another layer of creativity to the music video. The clip has been viewed over 2.2 billion times on YouTube. 

  • “Started From the Bottom”

    In 2013, Drake took fans on a journey through his rise to fame with the music video for “Started From the Bottom.” Directed by Director X, the video features Drake showcasing his hometown of Toronto while reflecting on his journey from humble beginnings to international stardom. With its high production value and elaborate set pieces, the “Started From the Bottom” visual undoubtedly came with a hefty price tag.

  • “First Person Shooter” feat J. Cole

    Drake’s blockbuster visual for “First Person Shooter” featuring J. Cole was directed by writer and producer Gibson Hazard, who’s behind Lil Nas X’s Holiday and Metro Boomin’s Heroes & Villains.  The video kicks off with a cameo by The Office star Brian Baumgartner. The video later showcases Drake and Cole competing in various games, from chess to table tennis.

    The visuals also include a ton of references, including the famous chess photo of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo and the viral Spider-Man doppelgänger meme before ending with the unveiling of a towering statue of Drake 

  • “Way 2 Sexy”

    Drake's “Way 2 Sexy” music video, featuring Future and Young Thug, humorously celebrates pop culture. Though exact costs haven't been revealed, the production is clearly extravagant, boasting lavish sets, elaborate costumes, and humorous parodies of iconic moments.
