The Internet Is In Real Tears About Eminem Running This Rapper Off Of Social Media

He really don't want no smoke.

Eminem has dragged rappers through the dirt, especially since the release of his latest LP, Kamikaze. However, it seemed that one New Orleans emcee couldn't take the heat. Jay Electronica inserted himself into the crossfire after Em responded to Machine Gun Kelly with "Killshot" on Friday (Sept. 14).

The line that had Jay riled up was about his close friend, Diddy being implicated in the murder of the California phenom, Tupac Shakur. Em said, "But Kells, the day you put out a hit's the day Diddy admits/That he put the hit out that got Pac killed..." However, Em cleared the air before the song could even end— "And I'm just playin' Diddy, you know I love you."

Jay fired off on Twitter to issue a cautionary sentiment to Em. "How dare you accuse Diddy of killing Tupac while you completely look pass Jimmy Iovine and those who profited from his death the MOST," said the famed rapper-producer. "You best tread carefully Son, before I come tear your ivory tower down..."

  • For true Hip-Hop heads, we were all like ...

  • Many were amped up for an Em vs. Jay sparring match, but Jay deleted his social media before the fun could begin.

  • It seems that the NoLa native re-released "Shiny Suit Theory," his 2010 collab with The Dream and Jay-Z. Could the track elude as to why Jay chose to switch offline?

At this point, blaming Jay Electronica's new online privacy settings on Eminem is purely speculation. However, it definitely is suspicious.
