Big Sean Gives Emotional Performance of 'One Man Can Change the World' on Jimmy Fallon
Big Sean’s “One Man Can Change the World” pays tribute to his late grandmother and is a highlight of his third studio album, Dark Sky Paradise. Last night, Sean Don was a special guest on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon with LL Cool J and Rose Byrne, where he performed the emotional track for the audience.
Before his performance, Sean gave a foreword about his grandma, explaining all the good things she’s achieved in her life. She was one of the first Black female captains in World War II and earned her bachelors and masters degrees after serving time. She would then go on to become a police officer in Detroit, which wasn't a common role for woman.
The G.O.O.D. Music rapper scored his first No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart with Dark Sky Paradise last month when he sold 139,000 copies in the first week. The album is supported by the singles “Blessings” with Drake and Kanye West, and “Paradise.”
