Real Housewives of Potomac star Robyn Dixon and former NBA player Juan Dixon have reportedly obtained a marriage license after nearly three years of being engaged for the second time.

According to PEOPLE, the Howard County Clerk’s Office in Maryland confirmed to the outlet that the couple secured the license on Thursday afternoon (August 18).

It still isn’t clear, however, when the pair of 43-year-olds will officially say “I do,” but can legally do so after two days of waiting, which would’ve been Saturday. The certificate doesn’t expire until February 2023, so they’ll have some time to plan out a wedding if they chose to do so.

Robyn and Juan, who were high school sweethearts, first married in 2005, welcoming two sons – Corey, 14, and Carter, 12, before divorcing in 2012. During their time on RHOP, the couple were captured sharing a bed for the sake of their family as their unique relationship was on full display.

Over the years the pair rebuilt their bond romantically. The outside criticism of their unique relationship dynamic only bonded them more, according to Robyn. "The negativity from the show actually pushed us together," Robyn said to Bravo’s The Daily Dish in April. "It's like, you want to have each other's back and you want to speak up for that person. When you see how cold the world is out there, you're like, 'Let me be with the one that I know has my back regardless.' "

In December of 2019, Juan eventually popped the question during a holiday-themed wrap party for season 5 of the Bravo reality show.
