Paris Jackson to Stay in Treatment for Years
Paris Jackson is on the road to recovery, but it might be a few years before she's out of treatment. TMZ reports that Michael Jackson's teenage daughter, who was admitted to an in-patient treatment facility after she attempted suicide this past April, will likely remain in intensive counseling for several more years.
Jackson, who has stayed off social media since her suicide attempt, seems to be making a lot of progress in dealing with the issues that drove her to the dark point. While the Jackson family has not spoken out about Paris' progress, sources report she was transfered to a boarding school in Utah this past fall and is continuing her treatment and education there.
A photo of Jackson, on vacation with her biological mother Debbie Rowe, surfaced this week and the teen looks healthier and happier than ever.
Hopefully the new year means continued progress for Paris and a fresh start for the entire Jackson family, who have been faced with scandal after scandal since the death of MJ.
