Recently, Byer shared a crappy experience she had on a Delta flight — literally
Through a series of social media posts, Byer recounted opening a provided blanket and finding poop wrapped inside. When she contacted the airline, she was promised compensation in the form of miles and Delta dollars. However, Dyer has yet to receive them.
Her poop saga was not only a disgusting tale, but it revealed the airline had not followed through with their promise to correct the error

To make matters worse, the feces had spread to other aspects of her life
Upon seeing the Twitter thread, Delta asked Byer to DM them with more information
