Laurieann Gibson Says Nicki Minaj Grammy Performance “Huge”
"Born to Dance" host Laurieann Gibson spills the beans on what she knows about Nicki Minaj's highly anticipated performance at the upcoming Grammy Award ceremony this weekend and it seems she knows a lot more than she's letting on.
"While there's nothing I can confess hint, hint, I can say it will be exciting and huge!," she shared.
Laurieann Gibson is the choreographer, actress and creative director behind Lady Gaga's daring stage show for her Monster Ball Tour. In the past Gibson has worked with Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Keri Hilson, Diddy, Alicia Keys, and Beyoncé.
As previously reported, Nicki Minaj will make her Grammy debut, as a performer for the music industry's biggest night, where she'll also be up for a number of awards including Best New Artist and Best Rap Album for her debut Pink Friday.
Minaj will debut her new song "Roman Holiday" for the first time on Sunday, just two days before she had been scheduled to release her highly anticipated sophomore album. Due to delays however, the album won't actually reach stores until April 3.
The 54th annual Grammy Awards, hosted by LL Cool J, will air on Sunday Feb. 12 on CBS.
