Wait: Jada Pinkett Smith's Mom Has the HOTTEST Bikini Body

She got it from her mama.

Jada Pinkett Smith looks so good at 45 years old, she might have you think she's frozen in time. The mother of two (Jaden and Willow, you've got some good genes) has some counter-intuitive tips for how she keeps her body in tip-top shape. And we're extremely here for them, as they require doing the least!

Jada says she does cardio 20 minutes per day — finally some fitness advice we can get behind. "Everybody’s thinking you gotta be in the gym for an hour and a half. Literally, I’m never in the gym longer than 45 minutes. Just be consistent — that’s it! It doesn’t necessarily have to be intense, and you will see a difference. Just go out of your house and do a brisk walk!" she says.

Another surprisingly low key aspect of her regimen is carb-loading. Jada says she wasn't eating enough carbs until Will's trainer told her to up the ante in order to kick-start her metabolism. Eat more carbs, you say? OK, we're all in.

The next piece of wisdom is where our intentions diverge from Jada's, but it's still sound advice. Jada says don't eat for pleasure. Instead, focus on nourishment. Growing up, her grandmother was an "awful cook," which makes it second nature for her to just only eat things that are healthy. Must be nice.

Her parting advice includes embracing the aging process. Which, we mean, must not be hard for her, since she's still got a crazy bod in her mid-forties. "I’ve never looked at myself as, like, a beauty. I’m not sore on the eye, but I know there’s always going to be somebody more beautiful — always," she said. We don't necessarily agree with her perception of herself, but we're down for what she's saying.

If her mother's bod is any indication, Jada will seriously continue to age gracefully. Her mom, aged 64, can be seen above rocking a bikini with an enviable beach bod.

There's no promising that you'll look as amazing as Jada [or her mother] when you age, but these tips certainly don't hurt!
