Chris Brown is reportedly not making many friends in his expensive condo building out in West Hollywood.

RadarOnline.com says the 21-year-old has upset his neighbors thanks to his loud music and multiple guests at all hours.

A resident told the site, “Chris Brown is a problematic tenant to say the least. He has his posse traipsing around until the late hours of the night. He’s loud and totally disrespectful of his neighbors.”

Chris Brown spent close to $1.75 million on the 3,000-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom penthouse condo.

The singer only recently relocated to the property.

Radar’s source added that the residents, mainly working professionals, are concerned about the future of their building.

The source said: “The building isn’t meant to be some kind of party house; the residents don’t want that, and they don’t want to live in that kind of environment."
