"Her blood is on your hands!"

Karen is hysterical after the shooting at her salon, and is visibility shaken up when Dani and Zack arrive at the hospital to see her. Thankfully, Karen is left physically unscathed, and is only taken in for observation. 

While there, Zack immediately questions Karen about who the shooter was, after her assistant Pam let it slip that Karen was seeing the victim's husband. If that's not bad enough, Aaron also arrives at the hospital, and not soon afterwards, so does his late ex-wife's, Fawn's, mother. Fawn's mom begins to curse Aaron out, accusing him of sleeping with Karen during his marriage to her daughter. She also calls Karen a "wh*re," and then tells both Aaron and Karen that her daughter's blood is on both of their hands.

Dani soon intervenes between the overzealously religious mother, Karen and Aaron, while telling her "The power of Christ compels you!"

"You don't deserve to be in the middle of my drama."

After a plot-twisting turn of events between Andi, Gary and Gary's wife Jasmine, Gary returns to Andi's apartment to extend a heartfelt apology. He admits to Andi that their relationship drama is his fault, and tells her that he should have left his wife first, before pursuing his relationship with Andi. Gary also tells Andi, "You're a good woman. You don't deserve to be in the middle of my bullsh*t." 

After pouring his heart out some more, Gary expresses to Andi that he wants her to sacrifice her career, and leave everything for their relationship, promising Andi that he'll financially support her. After Andi refuses, Gary calls Andi "cold," and leaves her apartment.

Later on, Andi and Sabrina head out to a night club to de-stress, where Andi has an unexpected run-in with a handsome young man from her past.

"Now you're about to be a mad baby daddy!"

At work, Dani tells Zack about himself, and chastises him for having unprotected sex with his "side chick," and getting her pregnant. She tells Zack that he better tell Karen about his baby on the way by end of the day, or else she will tell Karen herself. While Zack and Dani are talking, Zack gets a phone call from Karen's assistant, Pam, who tells Zack and Dani about the shooting incident at the shop. Dani and Zack swiftly put their differences aside and immediately leave work to be with Karen at the hospital.

Later in the episode, Dani has a date night with a handsome young "cowboy," who admits he has never been with a Black woman. Things get extremely spicy, and well, let's just say - yee haw!

Are you into guys?!

While Sabrina is away at her sister circle tending to Karen with the other girls, her boyfriend Calvin friend Maurice and Maurice's friend, all go to Sabrina's home to help prepare a meal. Maurice, having the key to the apartment, let's the boys in, while they wait for Sabrina. During the wait, Maurice's friend lets it slip that he was invited to the dinner party to find out if Calvin is indeed a gay man. When Calvin finds this out, he immediately gets upset, and devises a plan that includes letting Sabrina find him in bed with the two men. Yikes!
