Duane Martin is ready to share his life with a new love.

Over the weekend, the actor took to Instagram with news that he is now engaged to actress and model Ashley Marie Jones. In one of his posts, he also shared the moment when he popped the big question.

"She said YES 💍 ❤️ Meet my fiancée, God don’t make people like her in 3s," he penned in a post on Saturday (Jan. 3). "She’s rare. She’s a heart opener. Her spirit is cherry. I’m hugging gratitude tight."

That post was accompanied by a cute video montage that highlighted Jones in a variety of scenes including her having a fun day at the beach and her modeling on set.

A day after that post, Martin followed it up with another one that spotlighted the romantic events that occurred before the proposal including the couple boarding a helicopter that toured scenic sights in Los Angeles. Then cameras captured Martin as he got down on one knee in the plane as Jones was at a loss for words.

As she nodded, "Yes," the soon-to-be husband and wife embraced with a kiss.

Jones also modeled her sparkly new rock on her finger in one frame of the video.

"I wanted to share this wonderful moment with you guys 😊," Martin said in his post.

"Thank you all for your love and support. And that includes EVERY comment. I know it’s all energy directly from GOD. Therefore it can be converted and reused as CLEAN, POSITIVE ENERGY that I can pass on to our HUMAN FAMILY," he concluded.

Jones reposted the video to her account on the platform, sharing, "This moment is surreal... 🤍🙏🏼." She also opened up on how this milestone is meaningful in more ways than one.

"Wow, 2.2.24. A birthday surprise! 😍 Y’all, I’m a fiancée!!!... To such an amazing man. I value our connection; it’s at high altitude, high frequency, and filled with lots of laughter," she added.

Martin was previously married to Tisha Campbell for nearly 30 years after they decided to call it quits. Their divorce was finalized in December 2020. They are parents to two sons, Xen Whaheed, 22, and Ezekiel Czar, 14.
