Drake Reacts To Tying Michael Jackson’s Billboard Hot 100 Record For No. 1 Hits with ‘First Person Shooter’
Drake is celebrating his impressive feat of tying Michael Jackson’s record of the most No. 1s on the Billboard Hot 100, taking to Instagram to brag a little bit.
The Toronto rapper, whose hit “First Person Shooter” with J. Cole pushed him even with the King of Pop’s previously lone-held distinction, took to his Instagram to post a Photoshopped picture of MJ taking a bathroom mirror selfie while wearing an OVO hoodie. The caption reads, “Mooooooooood @realcoleworld.”
On Monday (October 16), “First Person Shooter” debuted at the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 Songs chart. The song is from Drizzy’s recently released eighth solo studio album, For All The Dogs, and with the placement, each artist has touted six No. 1 hits to debut at the top.

Drake even predicted accomplishing the feat on “First Person Shooter.”
“Will they ever give me flowers? Well, of course not / They don’t wanna have that talk, ’cause it’s a sore spot,” he raps in the final verse. “They know The Boy, the one they gotta boycott / I told Jimmy Jam I use a GRAMMY as a door stop … N****s talkin’ ’bout when this gon’ be repeated / What the f**k, bro? I’m one away from Michael / N***a, beat it, n***a, beat it, what?”
