Ashanti and Nelly Have A New Song On The Way Produced By Jermaine Dupri
It’s no secret that Nelly and Ashanti have been rekindling some of the magic that made them so special as a pair during the early 2000s. Though, it’s not only personal but professional as well.
On Tuesday (November 28), Jermaine Dupri announced that he’s working on a new song with the two artists featuring Juicy J. That revelation was made via an Instagram video showing him debating the game “Double Dutch” rules with Nelly and Ashanti.

“Although we talking bout double Dutch, this a NEW RECORD ALERT !!” he wrote. “Got @nelly @ashanti & @juicyj on the way !!”
The last time Nelly and Ashanti collaborated on a song together was 2008’s “Body On Me.” They hit the stage together back in August at the Illinois State Fair to perform the track.
The pair also announced that they’re in a relationship, which rekindles the one they sparked back in 2003.
