TV One President and CEO to Retire
Johnathan Rodgers announces he will step down in June.

Johnathan Rodgers, president and CEO of TV One, announced Monday that he will retire on July 31.
“Running TV One has been an honor, a privilege and a labor of love for me,” he said in a statement.
Rodgers has been a key force in the media business for the past 45 years. He began his career as a journalist for Sports Illustrated and later worked for NBC and CBS. At CBS, Rodgers served as an executive producer of CBS News and worked his way up to president of the network. He also served as president at the U.S. Networks group under Discovery Communications.
