Michelle Obama Teams Up With Big Bird for Health PSA

The two talk about healthy foods and exercise for the third anniversary celebration of the "Let's Move" campaign.

First Lady Michelle Obama and Sesame Street's Big Bird are telling kids how to get to a healthier lifestyle through new public service announcements for her "Let's Move" campaign. In it, FLOTUS and Big Bird encourage children to choose better foods and stay in shape through exercise.
"No matter what your age, it's important to get your body moving every single day to help keep you healthy," Obama says in the White House East Room while Big Bird jogs and dances behind her. "There's so many different activities you can do indoors or outside. Just find an activity that you like."
In a second PSA, Big Bird joins the First Lady in the White House kitchen to learn how simple and good it is to eat fruits and vegetables for a snack.
The PSA will air on more than 300 Public Broadcasting Service stations as part of Obama's third anniversary celebration of "Let's Move," which aims to fight childhood obesity. FLOTUS will be going on tour around the country making several television appearances starting Friday and ending March 6 to promote the program's initiatives.
