Don't be fooled by all the boring khaki: clothing retailer The Gap won't back down from a fashionista fight. The Hollywood Reporter says the company, which is being sued by Kim Kardashian over an advertisement for Gap-owned brand Old Navy that features a Kim look-alike, has hired a high-powered attorney to get the lawsuit thrown out.

It gets better: the look-alike in question is model Melissa Molinaro, who was recently coupled-up with Kardashian's ex Reggie Bush. Awkward!

If the lawsuit makes it to court, this could mean another Kardashian television special.
