Michael Jackson Estate Sued Over Herpes
Shellie Smith has filed two claims against the Michael Jackson Estate claiming that Michael, the King of Pop, gave her herpes. According to TMZ she stated that, "In 1979, I started having sexual relations with the decedent. Shortly thereafter, I began to get blisters on my legs, face and lips. He was my only partner." However in a second claim she contradicts herself, saying she began having sex with Michael in 1977. She alleges that at this time he knew she had blisters on her body and had sex with her anyway.
According to Smith, the herpes has has devastating effects on her to the point where she's, "unable to have a full and vibrant life due to the complications of this disease." She's asking the estate for a whopping $10 million.
Another strike against Smith is her 2010 claim that she was owed spousal support from the estate because she and Michael had been married. That claim was rejected, and hopefully the two newest claims will be turned down as well. Between the Conrad Murray hearing and figuring out the estate, the Jackson family has a lot to deal with without having to inspect their deceased son's sexual history.
