Chris Tucker's Debt Issues Worsen

The IRS hasn’t forgotten about the actor-comedian’s $11.5 million bill.

Just yesterday, we reported that Chris Tucker may lose his mansion in light of lawsuit by SunTrust bank, which says he owes them $4.4 million. But that's just the beginning of the actor-comedian's troubles: The IRS is still after him for a whopping $11.5 million debt.

TMZ checked in with the L.A. County Recorder’s Office and found that the massive lien the IRS issued against the funnyman in July 2010 is still active. This means that not only does he still owe the feds $11.5 million, but also that the government can legally sieze his assets at any time.
On the bright side, Tucker has newfound fodder for his stand-up routine. He joked about his troubles during a bit at a comedy club last weekend: “That’s the last time I let Wesley Snipes help me out with my taxes.”
