2023 has been full of events honoring the 50th anniversary of hip hop. And Amazon Music is not about to miss out on the celebration.

The streaming platform just announced that it is giving back to the culture by launching its series ‘50 & Forever.’ The series will feature a string of performances, broadcasts from music festivals and several in-depth discussions.

On July 20 and 28, New York City hip hop fans will be able to witness a pair of exciting shows.

The first date features a live performance from Wale and a special guest at The Rooftop at Pier 17 in New York City.

The second performance will spotlight Rick Ross and The Clipse at the same location.

$10 tickets for the event will be available via Ticketmaster. The livestream performances will live on Amazon Music’s Twitch channel with the proceeds going toward the artists’ charity of choice.
