E-40 made his mark at the “BET Hip Hop Awards” 2024 in Las Vegas with a memorable performance.

Before he hit the stage, host Fat Joe hyped up the crowd with an enthusiastic introduction: “From fashion to lyricism, he has his own unique style. He is one of one. He broke the barriers from the Bay to the A with his album My Ghetto Report Card. He had the world going ‘Dumb, dumb, dumb’ with the hyphy movement. When you see him hit the stage tonight, you better sprinkle him baby, pause. Make it live for my brother from the Bay Area, the one and only E-40.”

The rapper opened his set with "Choices" and followed up with his 2006 hit "Snap Yo Fingers," which features Lil Jon and Sean Paul. Just when the crowd thought they’d seen it all, he brought even more energy with his iconic verse from Big Sean's "I Don’t F**k With You," and then he closed the performance with “Tell Me When To Go.”

Beyond his rap career, E-40 is also passionate about cooking. Last year, he added another achievement to his list by becoming a New York Times Best Seller. This success came after he teamed up with Snoop Dogg to release his first cookbook, Snoop Dogg Presents Goon with the Spoon. The book showcases E-40’s love for food, and his culinary expertise is filled with recipes that reflect his Bay Area roots and unique style, once again proving that his talents go far beyond music.
