Sex and the City’s Carrie Bradshaw once declared “I like my money right where I can see it…hanging in  my closet,” and from the looks of it the same might be said about Emily B, who showed off her pricey collection of designer shoes to PYNK magazine.
The stylist and aspiring designer’s foot work could definitely pay a few folks' rent. She ‘fessed up to spending $5,000 on a special-edition crystallized pair of heels, though she does admit, “I would never do it again. It would have to be a very special occasion. Other than that, I don’t want to spend over $3,000. Never again.”
Her lofty shoe budget has amassed her a collection that’s heavily stocked with red bottoms and full of eye-catching fur and stud embellishments, prints and other chic details. But for all the variety, Emily notes, “every girl should own a good black pump, even if it’s just an open-toed pump.” “It’s versatile — she can wear it with anything, she can wear it with jeans, she can dress it up and wear it out with a cocktail dress.”
All the better to match her upcoming collection with? Emily told the magazine her upcoming line will be “feminine, chic, trendy and of course, affordable.” She stressed that she wants to do a line that “all women and young girls of all ages can wear and afford.” We’re assuming that doesn’t include five-figure price points.
