Manager to the stars Benny Medina has been accused of attempting to rape Sordid Lives actor Jason Dottley.

Dottley opened up about the alleged incident during an interview with TheAdvocate.com. He claims the assault took place after a tour of Medina’s home in late December 2008.

The actor claims that he was “grabbed” by the chest of his shirt and thrown onto Medina’s bed before the manager alleged placed “his forearm over Dottley neck, pinning him to the mattress while forcefully placing his thighs over Dottley’s legs to keep them from squirming.”

Medina is also accused of sending Dottley threatening messages after the incident transpired. He allegedly wrote, “Hey, I’m at The Ivy eating. Just saw you walking across the street. Is that the husband I have to have killed to have you,” when he saw the actor who was then married to TV writer and playwright Del Shores.

Benny Medina has yet to speak out about the recent claims made by Jason Dottley.
