Wendy Williams is in some legal trouble with an Atlantic City resort promoter, according to The YBF. The promoter is suing the talk show and Dancing With the Stars diva for not properly hosting a party she agreed to attend.  

TMZ reports that Harrah’s Resort and Casino has filed a $25,000 lawsuit against Williams, claiming she didn't fulfill her duties at a party she hosted. The suit claims that Williams agreed to appear at the resort's pool but when she arrived, she and her manager/husband “Big Kevin” retreated to a fancy cabana that was stocked with four bottles of Champagne and two bottles of white wine, per her request.

Harrah’s also claims that fans were greatly disappointed by her behavior as she was expected to hit the mic and mingle with guests, but she didn't. In addition, Wendy was booked for two hours, but she and her hubby stayed for only an hour because she said she wasn't "feeling" the party and wanted leave.
