It's official!

Khloé Kardashian is now a mother as it is confirmed that the reality star recently gave birth to her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson.

According to TMZ, Kardashian sources revealed that the reality star delivered a healthy baby girl early Thursday morning at a hospital outside of Cleveland.

The site reports that they learned she "conceived naturally."

This beautiful news comes in the midst of a murky time for the reality star as it was recently revealed that Tristan Thompson - her boyfriend and the father of her daughter - has allegedly been unfaithful with a series of women.

The Cleveland Cavaliers' star reportedly cheated on a then-three-months-pregnant Khloé back in October 2017. The athlete was caught on video seemingly making out with and motor-boating two women at a hookah lounge outside of Washington, D.C., and, just five days ago, was seen taking a woman back to his New York City hotel.

Above all the drama surrounding Thompson, we are relieved that the reality star had a healthy delivery and wish the couple well with their new addition.
