Rapper French Montana has cut ties with his manager of more than two years, and now she is suing for back commissions on concerts she claims were booked behind her back.

According to TMZ, Debra Antney signed the South Bronx-bred rapper to an exclusive management contract with her company, Mizay Entertainment, back in 2010.

Things seemed to be going well, with Montana signing to Diddy's Bad Boy Records label and quickly gaining notoriety as one of the hottest newcomers in hip hop.

According to Antney's lawsuit, things later went sour, part of which had to do with Montana booking concerts on his own, without her consent.

Antney claims Montana kept the money from the shows without paying her the 20 percent commission that was agreed upon in the contract. All in all, she is suing for $50,000 in unspecified damages.

This isn't the first public fallout for Antney, who is also the mother of rapper Waka Flocka Flame.

You'll remember Nicki Minaj also cut ties with the famed manager, a move that she later referenced in the song "Moment 4 Life" with the line, "Don't worry bout me and who I fire/I get what I desire/It's my empire."

Montana, whose debut album is slated for a late spring/early summer release, was served the lawsuit while entering an Atlanta concert venue on Tuesday.
