Lil Reese Criticized for Posting Photo of a Child Holding a Gun
Lil Reese now knows that everything isn't appropriate to share on social media.
Reese, 21, was criticized for Instagramming a screenshot Tuesday ( July 15) of a FaceTime conversation he had with a child who was holding a gun. He captioned the flick, "FaceTime lil folks lastnite he pup big Larry bird on me."
It is not known how the child got the gun or if it was real but fans certainly didn't approve. One person wrote, "This s--t makes me sick, you just had a child a few weeks ago though." Another wrote, "Wow smg. This generation and our society is so f----d up."
He later removed the photo from Instagram without explanation.
The Chicago native is no stranger to touting his interest in firearms, yet he has spoken out about the gun violence in his hometown. A couple of years ago, he tweeted, "Chicago must stop the violence smh that's why me n @ChiefKeef do music it takes us away from the madness," and last week he posted a photo of two fists on Instagram that reads, "Before guns we had fair ones. Man up!!!"
