Another day, another scandal for Justin Bieber. The troubled pop star, 20, is "frustrated and sad" over the leaking of a video from 2011 that show's him telling a racist joke and repeatedly using the N-word.
The video, posted to TMZ, shows a 15-year-old Bieber telling the insulting joke to a group of gathered friends at a promotional event. "Why are black people afraid of chain saws?" asks Bieber, before delivering the punchline, "Run n----r n----r n----r."
A source close to Bieber says the singer plans to address the controversy in the next few days.
