How Trainer Massy Arias Looks at 23 Weeks Pregnant Is How I Look After a Big Lunch

Her baby belly couldn't even look like a beer belly on its worst day.

Celebrity trainer Massy Arias aka @Massy.Arias, as she is known by her popular Instagram handle, has always been #bodygoals, so it makes sense she’s becoming #pregnancygoals too. Coming up on 23 weeks preggo—the average pregnancy is between 37-42 weeks—the mommy-to-be’s minuscule baby bump can easily be mistaken for a 9 pack.

Pregnant or not, we can all learn a thing or two from Massy because what is an itty bitty human being forming inside of her, looks like a typical case of tummy bloat for most of us. Obviously, she hasn’t ditched a regular gym routine and clean eats but keep scrolling to see exactly what workouts, food  and other things are contributing to her pregnancy slay.

More than half way through her pregnancy and the infamous Instagram trainer is only up 11 pounds. In this pic she’s gearing up for a yoga session, but her fitness regimen while expecting also includes squats, light weight lifting, balance work with a bosu ball and HIIT.

Every week Massy brings her followers so Monday motivation with a different dance cardio routine and pregnancy hasn’t slowed her down. The afro-latina fitness guru mixes it up with R&B and Hip Hop routines like this choreography to Kap-G’s “Girlfriend”.

And just because she eats clean doesn’t mean her meals are bland and tasteless like you might think. She includes lots of protein, complex carbs and greens in all of her meals. Just check out this grilled chicken, roasted yams with onions, and sautéed spinach with garlic dish she ordered at a restaurant, proving you can stick with it while dinning out too.

She also swears by meal prepping and Tru Supplements plant-based protein shakes for those busy days on-the-go.

She stays equally happy and healthy with gym sessions with her bae, Stefan Williams. The cute couple give their followers a peek at their HITT workout. We can already see their little girl who they already named Harper joining them on the gym floor!

When Massy’s not training, she’s busy working her baby bump in a sexy LBD because confidence is key. And when you look good, you feel good.
