Yo Gotti is bringing life to his lyrical visions of cuffin' a pop star chick.
The Memphis rapper got a shout out from Angela Simmons after admitting he has a crush on her in his song "Down in the DM" and sending her dozens of roses (you know the red ones mean love and passion, right?).
"I just follow Angela [Simmons], boy I got a crush on Angela [Simmons]" he says on the track, which is quickly picking up spins and already has a Rick Ross remix.
No telling if it was the way he said her last name (kinda whispery on the dub) or if it was because he sent her the roses just in time to recognize the launch of her new eco-friendly luxury fur line that got her to respond, but she did... with an emoji and his IG handle.
"Thank you for the beautiful flowers and supporting our @sanyarichiross new venture @yogottikom," she wrote.
Charlamagne would be proud.
