Kanye West's Actual Taylor Swift Line in 'Famous' Was Nicer Than the Original

The original version also included Young Thug.

Kanye West continues to enrage and entertain.

Earlier this year, one line in particular (maybe) got more attention than the Life of Pablo album itself, given its focus on none other than industry sweetheart Taylor Swift.

Turns out the controversial line featured in Ye's song "Famous" was much, much nicer than the original version.

Eight months after the first version of the project dropped, what appears to be an early version of the song leaked online. While the original upload has since been deleted, the rough draft version was much different from what we've all heard and discussed today.

The most shocking difference between the two versions is the lyrical content. The original song featured the line, "I feel like Taylor Swift still owe me sex," which is much more perverse than what hit the radio airwaves ("I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex").

In addition to the song taking a jab at Swift, the original version also threw out Amber Rose's name, with the lyrics, "I feel like Amber Rose still owe me sex / Why? / I made that b***h famous / Not really, but somewhat famous.”

The song that we know and love (and love to hate) caused extra drama when West said that he called Swift in advance to get her permission to use the line. Swift promptly denied the claim. The controversy was rekindled months later when Kim Kardashian released audio of the two artists allegedly discussing the lyric.

What a time...
