A new bundle of joy is on his way to the Future Hive after the Atlanta trap music star finally showed face in L.A. to celebrate a gender reveal and baby shower with Joie Chavis, the mother of his soon-to-be newborn son.

Fans built up speculation after Chavis, who also mothers Bow Wow’s daughter, announced her pregnancy following the short-lived love flame that blew out with Fewtch. Celeb buzz blogs and social media followers alike probed them for months on whether he was the expecting father. Chavis and Future remained tight-lipped on the matter, but his pop-up at the baby shower on Sunday (November 4) gave them all the answers they never got from the new parents. Posing warmly for a few photo opps (and romantically in a few others), Chavis popped a black balloon at the joint baby shower and gender reveal as Future was all smiles for the festivities. Assumingly, so was his first baby mother, Brittni Mealy, who also attended the shower beside Mr. Hendrix and even made an unofficial statement for snooping fans amid the controversy.

But now that the Wrld on Drugs trapster has officially confirmed his new fatherhood, fans can’t help but to issue a wellness check on Chavis’s first industry love, Mr. Shad Moss.
