In Celebration of Rae Sremmurd's 'Black Beatles' Hitting No. 1, Nicki Minaj Made a Remix

Her version's title is all too fitting.

From getting a full-blown cosign from Paul McCartney to now claiming the #1 spot on the charts, Rae Sremmurd and their latest anthem, “Black Beatles,” have been reveling in success lately.

Nicki Minaj is apparently taking note of the Mississippi duo’s moves and decided to create her own version of the hit song. She released it to fans earlier today (November 15) via both Twitter and Instagram.

“BLACK BARBIES - why? Cuz 2 Lil black kids got the NUMBER 1 RECORD IN THE COUNTRY & I'm soooooo happy for Mike Will,” she captioned under the song announcement on Instagram. “Now [check] that! *my baby Phaedra voice* #SremmLife #MikeWillMadeIt Guwop on the nmbr one record in the country.”

Congrats are in order for Rae Sremmurd. “Black Barbies” is also quite a clever name for the song. Nicki’s low-key spitting on it, too. Listen to the song below.
