After a pretty quiet summer for the DMV rapper, Wale has a new record for us to digest. Mr. Folarin dropped a surprise track called “Spoiled,” where he dotes on his lady with designer brands, and chauffeured rides.
Keeping in the groove with the instrumental, the Maybach Music artist ditches traditional spitting for a more melodic delivery, then switches up his flow towards the middle of the track.
The title may fool you, but “Spoiled” isn’t about bragging rights, it exposes the emptiness in materialism.
