Get Ready: Tamar Is Already Making Demands About Custody And Spousal Support
Tamar Braxton recently filed for divorce from her husband of nine years, Vincent Herbert, and with not much time passing since the filing, the singer is reportedly already ready with a list of demands regarding spousal and custody support.
According to TMZ, the "Pick Me Up" singer isn't willing to share when it comes to the custody of their 4-year-old son, Logan, as she is reportedly seeking full physical custody of the toddler.
As far as spousal support is concerned, she reportedly wants the judge to firmly deny Vincent's request if he were to ask for any.
There, reportedly, is one asset that the site reports as a "big-ticket" item for the singer: their house in celebrity hot-spot Calabasas. Tamar allegedly acknowledges that the home is "community property" and, furthermore, there is no evidence of a prenup being in place.
As previously reported, Tamar filed for divorce from Vincent Herbert, citing irreconcilable differences.
