Previously, Andi and Fatima confronted Gary over Penny's whereabouts, with Fatima (cousin of Madam Marylin Deville) holding a knife to his throat. But Gary is Teflon, eventually throwing them out of his office. As the two of them are leaving, Andi sees blood on the wall. We guess Gary didn’t clean up the evidence as well as he thought he did. In the car, he wants to share the news with Jordan about his missing sister, but he’s on work travel, and she doesn’t want to worry him.  More on this later. 

In the meantime, Gary is still at it with Tamara behind Hayden's back. Hayden, meanwhile, smugly shares with Andi that Miss Marie Willis tried to track her down, but she was unreachable. When Andi speaks to Marie herself,  Marie threatens to fire her.

Onto the baby storyline. Zac and Fatima attended Karen’s to discuss the paternity results. Karen says the news will wait until her special guest arrives (and we think we know who it is). When there’s a knock at the door, Danni walks in — not who we expected. Both Karen and Fatima are angry when it comes out that Danni is the one who recommended Zac take a DNA. 

When Aaron finally shows up, Karen says, “Both of you are the fathers.” After a period of disbelief, they quickly adjust to the unusual news. Zac, who always says the quiet part out loud,  even seems happy despite potentially having a daughter. 

When Jordan returns home, he’s very amorous with Andi, but she interrupts him to share the news that Penelope is missing and that Gary may be involved. She says Gary has done some terrible things, potentially alluding to the missing woman from Gary’s high school past. Jordan is angry with her for not telling him sooner and a wreck for being unable to contact his sister. She shares that she’s been trying to help Penelope escape Gary this whole time, and they decide to break for the police station. 

Who was there first? Gary... telling the cops that Andy is obsessed and may have something to do with Penelope’s disappearance. He’s always one step ahead! Jordan angrily confronts Gary before an officer threatens to detain him.
