Report: Bobbi Kristina Brown Moved to Rehab Center
Bobbi Kristina Brown's condition may be bleak but progress is steadily being made as the musical scion has recently been moved to a rehabilitation facility, according to a source close to the family.
The 22-year-old, who is still in a medically induced coma, had been treated at Emory University Hospital prior to the transfer. Doctors removed her breathing tube in February, allowing her to be ventilated through a hole in her throat, reports CBS 58.
Brown, the daughter of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston, is predicted to be in this state for a while. According to CNN chief medical correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta, the suggested procedure would require her to be in the care of the medical center for "weeks and months to come."
She was found unresponsive in a bathtub on Jan. 31 at her Atlanta home. Brown's boyfriend, Nick Gordon, reportedly performed CPR at the scene. He has since publicly complained that her family has not allowed him to see her since she has been hospitalized. Her father, however, refutes his claims, saying that Gordon simply refused to oblige with the family's terms of visit.
