Master P Responds To Google Confusing Him With Luther Vandross In Search Photo
Master P was recently swept up in a viral moment after it was discovered that a picture of him came up when Google users searched for Luther Vandross. Now, the No Limit founder is responding, mostly in jest.
Speaking with TMZ in Burbank, California over the weekend, the soon-to-be retailer of his and Snoop Dogg’s Snoop Cereal brand said he understands social media’s fascination with Google’s mistake, but thinks the tech giant should use less AI when it comes to making decisions.
“I know everybody trippin’. Google thought it was funny mixing me up. I get it,” he told the outlet. “This the picture, Google. Stop letting AI run your company. This should have been the picture, the Captain H. I look more like Captain H.”

Master P continued: “They made a whole big frenzy and made this go viral, but I’m saying, here, make this (the cereal) go viral. ‘Cause we gotta put money back into our community and our culture. It’s flattering, though.”
Google has since corrected the mistake; however, the rapper believes the company needs to do more – like shine a light on his new brand, Broadus Foods, the first Black-owned cereal company. Questlove also shares this thought.
