Neighbors Claim Chris Brown Is Violating Probation

Prosecutor says the singer's neighbors are writing a letter to his probation officer.

#TeamBreezy isn't gonna like this one bit. Yesterday (August 25), reports emerged that the singer's neighbors are writing a letter to his probation officer, alleging that Breezy has violated his probation.
As previously reported, Brown's neighbors in his West Hollywood condo complex have been complaining about him for months now, claiming he parks in handicapped spaces, blasts loud music at late hours, runs dogs down the hallways and even vandalizes the building. Brown denies the charges, and says that his neighbors are out to get to him.
But now things are going to a whole new level. According to TMZ, yesterday the prosecutor in Chris Brown's domestic battery case (arising from his altercation with ex-girlfriend Rihanna) told the judge in court that the homeowners association in Brown's building is going to send a letter to his probation officer, claiming he's broken several laws with his alleged unneighborly conduct, and has therefore violated his probation, the terms of which state that he must obey all laws.
Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, shot back that the biggest complainant is "a nut," and says that the building's management has misled the singer over the parking spots. Geragos also said that he's met with with the West Hollywood City Attorney to discuss the citations Brown's been hit with for parking in the handicapped spot, and that he believes they will be dismissed.
The judge has yet to issue any new rulings in the conflict, but stay tuned.
