Of course you do, it happened just a few days ago. But the gods of viral content have decided to bring back that newie but goodie as the pun-producing Internet famous guy was arrested again.

The first photo was posted on the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office’s “Wheel of Fugitives” Facebook page and now a second, different photo surfaced of Charles Dion McDowell for his latest transgression. This time, he’s not smiling.

McDowell was charged with attempting to elude, possession of marijuana, reckless driving and other traffic charges after cops pulled him over for a driving with a suspended license.

The 31-year-old was the target of jokes about his abnormally large neck. People commented and tweeted things like “neck of the woods” and/or “better luck necks time.” Two days after McDowell was released from prison the first time, he made a video in reaction to his new Internet fame and didn’t seem happy about it.
