Gucci Mane Faces Backlash After Wishing Death On His Haters On Easter Sunday
The coronavirus has many people quarantining and thinking long thoughts about life and those who surround them. But Gucci Mane apparently has his haters on the mind.
On Easter Sunday (April 12), the Atlanta rapper, instead of using the holiday to spread cheer and joy, decided to put a curse out on those who don’t like him.
“I pray my haters die of corona virus,” Guwop tweeted next to a face mask emoji.
Ouch.
Those in his mentions reacted swiftly. “Why did I think he was gonna say something motivational Face with tears of joy,” one person wrote. “Very wrong prayer, you suppose to pray for them to live and see you being more successful in life… WTF is Gucci,” another commented.
Former UFC fighter Gerald Harris had more direct criticism for the East Atlanta Santa. “Man you need some online church services and a hug. This is the worst timed tweet ever. There are people actually mourning the loss of loved ones now, due to the virus. Bad move big homie…”
